Without them I still would be out my money and not have what I ordered. So if you want to avoid that GO ELSEWHERE!! This company refuses to take any responsibility, even the manager, Jason, refuses to take any responsibility in the ordeal. (My order was changed without my knowledge among other things.) That being said Lumber Liquidators gives store managers zero leeway or flexibility to fix any issues so I am not sure why anyone would work there. But the managers also don't seem interested in training their crew. Like other reviews here have said, after they could not find my product I was in their warehouse looking for it with them which gave me some secondhand embarrassment. Just this whole place is so so so poorly run and once they have your money they couldn't care less if you actually get what you ordered. It's not really their problem apparently.
