  Just Right was easy to work with and quick to install our new furnace the next day. Allan and Gabriel did a excellent job and were very informative.

  Just right came and gave me an estimate to clean my ducts and improve my furnace. The estimate was great, the salesman said I could pay 12 months interest free. Great deal so I went with them. When the work was done I tried to make my first payment, it was not interest free, it is through a loan agency with a high interest rate. The salesman will lie to you just to get your business. Beware and get everything in writing before any work is done. As far as the service, they did a great job cleaning the air ducts, even helped with moving furniture. I was very pleased with the update on the furnace. Just watch yourself with this company and get everything in writing. There are plenty of hvac companies out there, I would definitely go with someone else going forward.

  Allen and Gabriel from Just Right were phenomenal. On the same day we received the diagnosis that our system needed a replacement because of safety issues (from Jose, also highly recommend, will call on him again), they were able to immediately obtain the new furnace and AC unit (thanks Vaughn) and have it installed. The same day. Allen and Gabriel were extremely courteous and helpful. Their ability to explain the details of the job clearly demonstrated their expertise. They took great care, were extremely professional and the results show it. Not only would I recommend Just Right to anyone, I would absolutely request these gentlemen again. Fantastic work.

  Kyah just blew me away with her exceptional customer service, but also with her immense knowledge of how the membership works and all the advantages of benefits that it is to me as a customer. I am unfamiliar with these things despite being a homeowner and just from talking to her and scheduling tune-ups I feel 100x better about my home. I am so grateful she reached out to me and kindly "forced" me to schedule. She is THE BEST!
