I let them know I have renters and I can let the plumber in during the weekend but not on business days. They scheduled me for a same day appointment with the time block Saturday from 12-4. My tenants and I waited around until 4 and no one showed up. I called and asked what happened and they had put me on the schedule for a month out. They apologized and offered to come Monday since they had closed for the weekend. I canceled with Just Right and I called another plumbing company who came on Sunday, which I had to pay extra for that. Don’t say you will come and then tell me after all the plumbers have closed for the day that you aren’t going to show up.
