  I had a great experience with this heating service. Todd showed up with such good vibes - friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on. He also provided detailed photos of the work, which I really appreciated - it gave me confidence that everything was handled correctly. Excellent service from start to finish! I highly recommend.

  Just right hires the most kind and professional service personnel, Gene was very efficient and thorough while being genuine. Only reason I rate the experience at a 4/5 is because the techs always try an up-sale on a piece of equipment or sensor or surge protector (I sure it’s pressure from the home office), but it gets a little tired with it being every time they come to the house.

  Dylan was the greatest and was super helpful. Explained along the way so we were updated and did it fast and got our pipe fixed and water back online in a hurry. Im a VIP for a reason because I trust the work and friendliness of everyone I have worked with.

  Dylan and Jordan first stopped by to diagnose our water heater. They had such great energy!!! That means a lot when you are bummed about needing a new water heater. Dylan came back the next day with Jake, they were fun to have around, it just felt like we had extremely helpful friends at our house! They triple checked everything and made us feel safe. Being professional + going above and beyond + being kind and friendly = exceptional people! I hope Just Right appreciates Dylan, because it's obvious he loves his work.

  Todd Petersen from Just Right came to our home recently to do annual service on our 3 gas furnaces. We appreciated that he called about 20 minutes before he arrived. When he showed up, he was polite and cheerful and very professional. While working on the furnaces in our basement, he was very patient with my questions and told me the kinds of measurements he was making and why they were important. He offered some suggestions for possible upgrades for us to consider, but never pressured us to make a decision. When he concluded with the 3 furnaces, he gave us a detailed written Tune-Up Inspection check list showing, among other things the various measurements and how they compared to what was desired. This is the first time that Todd has come to our house and he was just as professional and customer-oriented as the other people from Just Right that served us over the last three years since moving into our home. This speaks to the fine training program that Just Right must have and also to their ability to attract friendly and highly capable service professionals like Todd.
