I have never had a technician work so long on my furnaces. Oscar worked on each system for more than an hour, when he found a problem he took pictures and showed me the issue. He was prepared to fix the problems he found.

We chatted with four different companies and Just Right were the most reasonable and honest. They were so great not only working with us, but our neighbor to ensure everything was covered and completed in a very reasonable time. We ended up shooting a liner through the pipe since we didn’t want to break up our neighbors driveway. Jordan specifically was easy to reach, answered all of my questions (I had a lot), and was incredibly personable. I’d highly recommend Just Right.
- MAMary AnnNov 8, 20255.0We have always had positive experiences with their HVAC techs. Gene has been primarily our main tech that has come out and done preventative maintenance. He’s very polite and courteous. My only recommendation would be to have the HVAC techs carry their own contractor slippers as many people are starting to not wear shoes in homes. The techs have always been compliant when asked to remove shoes or wear the slippers I’ve provided for them depending on the work they have to do. Communication with the company is great and I appreciate them not trying to upsell different services. I find that extremely annoying. The only beef I’ve had with them in the past is they have had to cancel routine maintenance for priority calls. I don’t mind since I have a flexible schedule, but those that have more of a rigid schedule might be inconvenienced.

And your team kicked butt, and we are all now cozy. Jose was very helpful, and knowledgable. Unlike other companies I have worked with on my home, Jose spent the time to show me how my furnace was working, and not working well. I will always be be working with Just Right Plumbing. Today was stressful for the Fam, and you truly took care of us. A little light in the world these days, goes a long way. Thank you.
