Now they claim we owe them $1200 and we have to pay someone else $5000 to fix their mess they left with holes all over our home. How can a company operate at such a level???

But they are the worst company in the world I called them every day after they did the install telling the sales rep the didn't fill walls up. He never called back. Then they came a did the addict I ask for a r-38 to be installed but only got a average of a r-19 they keep said they come fixit after taking to a manager but never came now I got a letter in the mail saying the put a lean on my home. Don't recommend them at all wish I had sky line come do it. I know for next time
