  This is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with in my life. We ordered a $150k + window package nearly a year ago from them through our general contractor as part of a very large renovation contract to our 9000 sf residence. Several of the windows were the wrong size, doors were the wrong swing direction. Nearly every time the USI installers came out, they had the wrong parts, wrong windows, not enough guys, and told me they didn’t know what they were here to do. Most of the times they came out, they would install one, maybe two windows, take a 1 1/2 lunch break then leave shortly afterwards. Since we ordered 42 windows and doors, the combination of the mistakes in ordering and slow installers drug the project out multiple months past the projected completion date. My calls and my GC’s calls to their lead guy Jon were mostly ignored, often dismissed and when he did respond it was often unprofessional. To be fair he did come through one time early on, but has ghosted both of us for months now. More on that below. My worst experience with them was on a day when we need to get a picture window installed to move on to the next part of the siding job. They showed up with two guys, one of which was apparently hungover and sick in the port-a-potty in front of the house the entire time. I had to help the other guy get the window installed, and we was banging on it with a mallet to get it placed and seated so hard he crushed the frame of the window installed multiple places. They did not take care of this problem after multiple request and my GC had to find a fiberglass repair guy to fix the damage on his own. You seriously can’t make this up. I have called now 8 times in the last three months to try to find out when our last door (which was twice ordered the wrong size) and when several repair items are going to be completed. No one has ever called me back. Seriously. I spent as much money as I spent on my second house on windows from these guys and they have treated me terribly. My advice would be to avoid at all costs. I am done with them and will tell this story to every friend and relative that lives in Utah.   Adding on to our home and needed new windows. Have been working with Brian and he has been awesome! Prompt, responsive, professional and knowledgeable! He has made this experience a great experience. They quote quality Amsco windows which will be a great upgrade in our home. Definitely a company you can trust and rely on when it comes to windows!   This company is dishonest. We purchased windows for a home addition. We ordered a set of windows, 11 of which were either the wrong size or wrong window. That was in July 2025. They promised our contractor that they would deliver the correct windows by September 28, but it is now November 2, and we have NO WINDOWS. This has caused a number of complications with our construction and I am absolutely disgusted by this company.

  The crew, Stefan and Dave were great to work with. They communicated well, showed up and left when they said they were. Very efficient and worked hard and fast. I never saw them take a break! Very deliberate to keep the mess to a minimum.
