That was in July 2025. They promised our contractor that they would deliver the correct windows by September 28, but it is now November 2, and we have NO WINDOWS. This has caused a number of complications with our construction and I am absolutely disgusted by this company.

The windows are truly excellent, and the replacement and installation was done by a great team of professionals who care about the quality of the work they do and they respected our home and worked with us in every way. Rusty was our salesman, and he spent the time to both help us and resolve all our questions and concerns. There were no negative surprises and it all came together on time and as planned. Our project included a lot of changes in window sizes and shapes, and it transformed our house and solved some real problems. Rusty walked us through it all. We're really happy with our new windows. USI has great products, real professionals, and a well-earned reputation for quality and craftsmanship.
