  I have been going from Window company to Window company looking for someone that would consistently work well with me. It’s surprising how difficult it is to find sales people that will turn out beds quickly and respond to texts and emails quickly. I have found Hector to be a delight to work with. I’ve been remodeling for 30 years, and realize there are a few sales people who Have the product knowledge, andgive you the attention that Hector does.

  Joe Bell and Hector Gudino have helped me with windows on several construction projects. They always do a great job, which is why I continue to use them year after year.

  I would not recommend utilizing this company if you are hiring them for your personal home. Hired them to replace approximately 50 windows in my home and they started back in October of 2024 and I still have two windows that remain to be completed! I have sent hundreds of texts to my salesperson, have called far too many times to count and they have confirmed they have the windows from Marvin but whenever they have said they can get them installed a higher priority comes up and the crew isn’t available and now they just don’t respond as many commitments have come and gone. We have gone out of our way to be flexible from a schedule perspective in an attempt to get them done, from staying in town when we had plans to go out of town, staying home from work etc but yet they haven’t completed them! The individual homeowner certainly isn’t the priority so if you want to play second fiddle to the large accounts they have like Ivory Homes you have been warned!

  I got a new front door through USI. Hector Gudino, our salesperson, was great! He met with us personally, and reviewed several options. Once we made our choice, he followed up frequently, and was even able to accelerate the building of our door through the factory. There were a couple of very minor issues with the installation, but Hector and the USI team were able to get them addressed quickly and with high quality. We’ve gotten several complements on how lovely our new front door looks. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
