  Connor came out today to fix our garage door and did an awesome job. He was on time, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the issue, got it fixed quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Really appreciate the professionalism and great service. If you get Connor for your repair, you’re in good hands. Highly recommend!

  They went above and beyond helping get our garage door get fixed after our garage door spring broke. We had one panel come back dented and they replaced and touched up paint that need it. They also even helped get our keypad entry working again after many months of not having it work! Great to work with and very professional.

  Very good experience with A Plus! I called on Friday morning, they were offering me same day appointments. I ended up booking an appointment for the next day, they were very accommodating to my schedule. John-Luke Burches came out and assessed the issue with my garage. He was very thorough and explained the issue very well, even offered me a few different solutions depending on my budget. He had it all fixed up and running smoothly within a couple hours. So glad he got it all fixed for me so quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

  I had a young man named Jordan in particular help me, he showed me the details of what was wrong with my janky old redneck setup, and made suggestions on what could be done to buy myself some time. In the meantime he put on a strong back brace, a new hinge, and gave the door itself a tune-up until I can make a decision based on my financial situation. He showed me several financing options so that I could get a monthly payment in my range, and was super knowledgeable about the different styles and features. I will be calling him personally again, but as a company I highly recommend them.

  Garage door stopped working suddenly and in middle of first major snow storm of the year! I called A+ plus and was impressed with the courtesy of the scheduler who found an appointment slot that worked with my schedule same day. Jordan came out to do an assessment and I ultimately decided to replace the entire system. They were able to find a garage door in stock and Nick came out later that day to do the install, which he finished within a few hours. Nick gave me an excellent run down on how to use the system and how best to maintain it. I’m grateful to the whole A+ team for taking care of us and in the middle of a major snow storm! Highly recommend!
