  I recently purchased 7 windows from Hector Gudino, and he had Joe Bell install them. Hector came that day, took measurements, and ordered them. Once the windows arrived, Joe replaced all windows in a day and a half. He put protection on the furniture and carpet in each room before starting, and hauled off all 7 of the previous windows. I know its been a warm winter, but the furnace has only gone on a handful of times. If I had any questions, no matter what time of day, Hector answered his phone and addressed any concerns I had. Sure the windows are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for, and honestly these windows make it soundproof in the house and they are beautiful. Big thanks to you two for helping me complete this project.

  So glad I used Hector and the team. I had so many window options and the installation was so easy. Hector was really patient with me as I took time to decide which windows I wanted to replace the 40 year old bronze windows in my home. They used many manufacturers including Marvin which allows alot of customization with white/bronze/black and irregular sized windows. Fantastic prices, great quality and easy to work with.

  I would not recommend utilizing this company if you are hiring them for your personal home. Hired them to replace approximately 50 windows in my home and they started back in October of 2024 and I still have two windows that remain to be completed! I have sent hundreds of texts to my salesperson, have called far too many times to count and they have confirmed they have the windows from Marvin but whenever they have said they can get them installed a higher priority comes up and the crew isn’t available and now they just don’t respond as many commitments have come and gone. We have gone out of our way to be flexible from a schedule perspective in an attempt to get them done, from staying in town when we had plans to go out of town, staying home from work etc but yet they haven’t completed them! The individual homeowner certainly isn’t the priority so if you want to play second fiddle to the large accounts they have like Ivory Homes you have been warned!
