  I had GS Flooring install both carpet and flooring in my home less than a year ago—and I even paid extra for tile removal. Despite my home being built in 1985 (meaning the foundation had long since settled), the new flooring started showing problems by June, just six months after installation. I contacted GSI immediately and sent them photos, but all I’ve received since are delays and excuses. Every time I call, I’m told things like, “The manager will call you back in 15 minutes,” or “The owner is out.” As of November, the issue remains unresolved. Regardless of whether they eventually fix the problem, GS Flooring’s customer service has been a major disappointment. While I understand that products can sometimes fail, the way a company treats its customers in these situations speaks volumes about its integrity. Do yourself a favor—explore other flooring options in town. It’s now 2/11/2025, nearly six months after my initial review. Following my Thanksgiving update, GS sent someone to inspect the flooring in December, but I never heard back. In January, I was told that a third-party inspector from the manufacturer would be sent, and they did arrive to conduct an investigation. Yet, I still haven’t heard anything from either the manufacturer or GS. At the end of January, I called again, and GS mentioned that the manufacturer would be contacting us. Eventually, the manufacturer sent another sells rep to look at the floor. Unfortunately, it seems they are determined not to resolve or even properly address the problem. The flooring has deteriorated further. When a sales representative came to inspect it, he minimized the issue by claiming there were only about ten bad boards. I had to point out that the entire floor is buckling and needs to be redone. I have a strong feeling that they’re going to try to avoid taking responsibility and leave us with an unresolved issue.

  Good customer service. Great product line. I chose the Republic LVP because it has highest rating. Adequate install - not precise
