Called customer support and Ari was super helpful and was able to send service tech Kasey S. out for quote and repair. Kasey S. did an outstanding job with coming right out and assessing the problem. He provided us with a couple of options and quotes. Fast and efficient repair!! Will call them for help again.

The repair was done quickly, but he still took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and answer any questions we had, which we really appreciated. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, and the door is now working smoothly again. We’re hopeful the new springs will hold up well over time, and based on the quality of his work, we feel confident they will. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend him to others.

She had a $200 coupon that she forgot to show the salesman but called him shortly after he left. That coupon wasn't originally honored. As her son, I was concerned with aspects of the sales process. Jake from A+ was kind enough to reach out and address my concerns. I appreciate their desire to keep their customers happy. The install team was great. Thanks Jake for listening!
