He came out same day to pump it and discovered I had tree roots growing around my inlet pipe. I called him back the next day to schedule him digging up the inlet and again, he showed up the same day to dig up and remove the tree roots. He also added a riser above the lid so I could periodically check for tree roots myself and save myself some money in the future. Thanks again Jason and team. You guys are the best!

Always gives advice and answers all questions. Never tries to up sell me on services or any other junk that I don't need. I don't know if he's the cheapest or not, I don't really care. As long as I live in this area and have a septic, I'm a customer for life!
