- TMTylor MartinezNov 20, 20201.0Would have loved to find out if these guys do any kind of residential electrical. I guess I'll never know that because they have the most ridiculous phone system I have ever heard of it's an automatic machine and it takes a full minute to answer for an automatic machine then they only have an option to go to the company directory which then tells you just to leave a message. I have left messages and have not received it on a single call back period not only would I never use these guys I would highly recommend anybody reading this do not use these guys I can tell you off experience if you're already having troubles at the phone part of this business relationship that the actual work ethic itself will probably be relatively the same . It's companies like this that give electricians a really bad name, boshard Electric, don't bother even calling back I have already hired another company. And if I could give any suggestions it would be to change your phone to ring directly to an office girl or even your personal phone since you own the company and if you can't get to your customer perhaps return their phone call thanks very much for nothing have a great day
