Front office staff was easy to work with as well and billing is easy online with multiple ways to pay and I appreciate that! Although we had a small redo this was 10 times better than our previous that was just not done well and I’m super happy with the results. I can’t wait for my other two pergola project with them! Highly recommend them. I love my privacy fence that hides our outdoor BBQ, smoker and griddle.

After getting a second estimate (our first was with Cottonwood Custom Deck Rebuild), Blackrock offered us significantly more for nearly half the price. Their communication was excellent throughout—from start to finish they kept us in the loop, even when their full crew wasn’t available. On those days, at least one team member would still show up and make solid progress, which we really appreciated. The workmanship is fantastic. We love the two-tone design and the detailed border they added—it really makes the deck stand out. The team was friendly, hardworking, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. Just good, strong, talented young workers who did a beautiful job. While the project took a little longer than expected, the quality and care put into the final product made it absolutely worth it. If you’re not in a strict time crunch and want top-notch work at a fair price, Blackrock Decks is a great choice. We’re already thinking about hiring them again for our front yard. Highly recommend!

Showed up on time, completed the work and cleaned up work site when they were done. Company followed up with individual the next day to inspect work and make sure everything was to the company’s satisfaction along with ours. I would highly recommend Black Rock.

Shae was very helpful during the quote, and they kept me updated as to when the project would start (it was about 2 months after the half deposit was paid). They came and did a great job, and we love the finished product. I’ll include a before pic of set of paver steps that had sunk over 4” as a whole but were very uneven. Our trex stairs are perfect and match our pavilion beautifully!
