  As other reviews here mention they advertise a "low" price on ad sites like KSL and Facebook. I responded to an add for 19$ sq ft carpet - well - that is just the carpet. I had them come out to the house and give me a final quote. The $19 advertised price is just simply bait and switch. I've attached my quote here in a pic - as you can see they added over $13 per square foot - that makes the carpet over $32 a square ft where you can go almost anywhere to find that "deal" . Go elsewhere to find a better deal, and don't get caught up with the bait-and-switch selling tactics from Mountain West. I even spoke with the owner who really wasn't bothered by my frustation but I'm sure he will reply with a great reason why I'm wrong as a customer for feeling this way - again save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
