(The company will call And or to set up appointments and will send a tech with in a very reasonable amount of time.) Patrick, the technician was very professional and courteous and was very clear about the proposed solution to the problem. After fixing the weather stripping m, he encouraged me that if the solution did not work, to call and they would come out again and resolve the issue to our satisfaction. Their customer service cannot be beat!
