  Love Lowry doors group. Sonny C. Came out and was very professional and thorough. A bolt had popped off the motor housing and made the motor hang from one side rendering the garage inoperable. He not only fixed the issue but also explained why it probably happened, cleaned up the tracks and helped re align the laser. Recommended a quieter motor for when this one gives out and was on his way. Great stuff and will use again.

  Blake A was great. I had a concern about a garage door that we don't use very often. He was able to explain what was going on and present some good options on how to proceed. We appreciate the transparency and guidance. We will be contacting Lowry for any future garage door needs.

  Benjamin Fenton came out to repair our garage door and it was honestly the best experience we could have hoped for. Came right at the beginning of the appointment window, explained what he would do, worked quickly, and gave us a thorough explanation of the work he did. Having a garage door not close is a massive headache, but Benjamin with Lowry Doors made it all okay! Would recommend him to anyone.

  Excellent service! They came out at the end of the day for a broken garage door to my business and were able to stabilize it for the rest of the day and came to fix it completely the following day! They were very communicative throughout the whole process and took excellent care of me. I would like to specifically mention the commercial technician Sonny who came out to assess and repair the door, he was awesome and clearly is an expert. So friendly too! I’m only coming here for garage door needs going forward! 10/10

  We just used Lowry doors to come and Fixed our garage door. We have used them before and have been pleased with them. Wade Miller fixed our garage door this time. He did a great job! He Explained to me what needed to be done and gave me an estimate before doing anything. Did a great job! It works perfect. Grateful to have my garage working again.
