I needed a new ignitor for my furnace. The employee was BEYOND helpful. Turns out ignitors come in all shapes and sizes. He worked with me to open several boxes until we found the exact part that I needed. He provided excellent customer service and I was able to walk away with exactly what I needed at a great price.
