Very uneducated in his lack of knowledge with product/materials. I’m sorry but I’d stick this guy in the back and NOT allow him to answer phone calls or interact with your customers. We’re a small community here and know everyone in this industry. Word spreads like wildfire and one stupid person can and will jeopardized your business. I’ll be glad to tell my subcontractors NOT to help this location out. There’s a little thing called respect and that Paul dude doesn’t have it. How embarrassing for you guys.
