  Extraordinary customer service. I had a difficult water softener problem. It wasn't their product, however, they solved my problem efficiently and fairly. Every single interaction with the company was outstanding. I worked with the scheduler, installer, and the owner. All are of the caliber you just don't see in companies anymore. I was blown away with their honesty, dedication to solving a tough problem with courtesy. The scheduler is wonderfully kind. The owner came by my house twice to help solve my problem. He is honest, fair, gracious, and brilliant. The installer was very competent, friendly, and he took the necessary time to do everything correctly as well as educate me on the situation. They earned a customer in me for life. My very highest recommendations. I would trust them with any water problem.

  If I could, I would rate Total water with 10 stars! They are the best at what they do! I was very happy with the water softener . It was exactly what we wanted and had absolutely no problems or issues whatsoever. On time and prompt and were very knowledgable and answered all my questions that I had. Also very clean and considerate of my home as well. I would use them in a heartbeat and recommend them to all my friends and family! You wont be disappointed! They are the most honest and hard working and trustworthy company and people I have dealt with in a long time. Promise .... they are the best!

  I HIGHLY recommend Total Water LLC. The owner and his staff are a pleasure to work with. I would rate them a 10 if it were available. On time, excellent work, and completely up front on what is being done along with the options available for a long term solution! They installed a softener and a ROI unit in just over an hour. I look forward to working with them over the coming years. Give them a call. You will be glad you did!

  I was grateful to find Total Water. They are the only ones that work with the type of water softener/filter system that I have. Everyone else I called would just try to sell me a new system. After their initial visit the system is running great again. Paul also took the time to educate me on our filters and water softener which I really appreciated. Also, on his most recent visit to change out filters Paul went above and beyond. He mentioned that he used to work installing alarms. We had an old alarm system, installed and left here by the previous owner. We had previously set off said alarm and I'd been afraid to try and remove it from our wall. Off hand I asked Paul if he knew how to remove it with out setting off the alarm. Paul started to tell me how to remove it but then said it would be much easier for him to do it as he did it all the time. What a sweet man! He went above and beyond and helped me out with something that was definitely NOT in his current job description.

  I have used this company for multiple installations, residentially and commercially now. And they are AMAZING. Best pricing. Best customer service. They will get the job done quickly and professionally. Other places I have gotten quotes from seemed overpriced and unhelpful. I'm so glad I found these guys.
