  Kyle was my service person, he was knowledgeable about the changes we need made, where he got stuck he knew to whom he could reach to figure out the best solution. We called Randy's a 2nd time - reasonable price, timely, knowledgebase and made suggestions on how to save money and achieve the same result.

  Randy was awesome! Didn't try to sell me a new furnace just fixed my flame sensor that was dirty and cleaned out the condensation pump that was full of crud and said I should be good for a couple years. Very refreshing.

  Randy is the best ever!! When we called with a problem, he was here immediately!! We have had his help exclusively over many years. He has always been honest and after service followed up to make sure things were running correctly and we were satisfied. This time we needed a new furnace over the Christmas holiday. His team was fast and efficient and were done in just 7 hours!! Then they returned after the new year and installed a new air conditioner in less than 4 hours! Great attitude and served with care! I highly recommend their services. They have great integrity in all they do!! Randy himself follows up on everything and made sure we were happy! He's more a friend after many years and we trust him completely and will continue to use their service forever!!
