- BFBen F2 days ago1.0I really wish things were different and that I didn’t have to write this review because we desperately need some help with cabinets. Aaron came out and took measurements at our house at least three or four weeks ago, but we never heard back. Zero follow up. I’ve followed up multiple times, without a return call from Aaron or the company. Nobody has taken care of me, and we are ready to move forward.. I called two weeks ago and the lady that picked up told me that ‘my name just came up in a meeting, and the Aaron would be calling me back’. However, no callback, no follow up, nothing. It’s very frustrating and concerning. I’ve sent text messages, but still don’t get a call back. I finally called the office this morning to express some frustration and talk to the manager, but they weren’t available and the lady that picked up the phone had zero empathy for my situation. It pains me to write this because we desperately need some help and I’m just not sure if we’re going to be able to get it from this company. I just wanted to share my experience in case you were also looking for cabinets, and looking for something to happen quickly. For clarification, we are looking for a bathroom vanity, a kitchen island, and to refresh one of our current bathroom vanities. Possibly more in the future. We’ve been nothing but professional. Very disappointing.
