  I want to thank Authority Heating and Cooling and their technician Brandon for the job he did for me. Brandon was on time, very polite, went the extra mile, was thorough , clean, polite, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions and gave me advice on how to maintain my furnace. Brandon really is a 5 star kinda guy.

  As always a very respectful and knowledgeable tech came to my home and cleaned and inspected my HVAC unit. We pay a small amount each month and they cone every 6 months. One time they caught something that was going to break, and it was fixed and we having had any issues. It's nice knowing that everything is in good working order. If you've had your furnace stop working just ahead of a big snow storm or on a holiday you know what a pain ($$) that can be. Anyway, I'm super happy with the service we get from Authority.

  Had Brandon Picou come in and service our suite here in Pleasant Grove. He was cheerful and seemed eager to be there, but did not interrupt our schedule unnecessarily. I really appreciated his efficiency and how it wasn't uncomfortable to have him in our space as it sometimes is with rude or grumpy people. Brandon set a gold standard for Authority and I look forward to similar service from them again

  Brandon P. Did an amazing job cleaning my furnace and taking the extra time to make sure everything was done correctly! My furnace was in really bad shape and now is so much cleaner and working better. The combustion analysis helped me know that the furnace was derated properly. So adjusting the gas pressure and setting everything properly! Thanks again Brandon!

  My furnace suddenly quit working last week and I asked women in my area if one of their husbands knew anything about furnaces. One woman immediately replied that her husband fixed furnaces for a living and would gladly come take a look at it. So after work he came and found that the inducer had stopped working. He got it working but said he didn’t know if it would last very long and said I needed to get it replaced as soon as possible. He said he’d look for one for me and I told him I’d gladly pay him for the part and his labor. He said he was gladly fixing it for no charge. I told him thank so much. The next day he contacted me that he’d talked with his boss about the situation and his boss said he donated the part for free! When he told me I was so grateful for the kindness and generosity of them both! My furnace is now working and I am calling on this business for my heating and cooling needs from now on. When you unexpectedly treated with such generosity and kindness you want to give back and I certainly do! Thanks Bobby Leach and Authority Heating & Cooling! I highly recommend them!!!!
