He was easy to communicate via text to schedule our appointment. He also made sure to take the time to explain what was wrong with our water softener, what needed to be done for repair and maintain it. He even recommended next steps to ensure our home’s water pressure is looked at to increase longevity of all our water systems in our home.

I decided to have our water softener assessed/serviced since we have never done any maintenance on it. 4 Star promptly scheduled a Technician out for the same week. The Tech ‘Dallin’ was thorough and found an issue with low vacuum suction to our brine tank. He replaced a valve component and also recommended a cleaning tank add on for our resin which we purchased and had installed. Soon after, we ran into an issue with our water being extremely hard. Dallin returned and ended up replacing another component in the valve body at no charge. He returned a third time (again at no charge) to confirm that the softener was in fact working. I highly recommend 4 Star for their professionalism, prompt service and going above and beyond to help alleviate problems/concerns.

Explained everything as he went through the repair and answered a number of questions that I had about the unit in general. Very knowledgable and efficient. I will use them again if/when the need arises.
