  The owner and his team are fantastic to work with. In a market where many HVAC companies seem focused on maximizing profits from each customer, it’s refreshing to find a business that offers quality products at fair market prices with reasonable installation costs. After researching several HVAC companies, PerecTemp stood out as one of the few that isn’t trying to take advantage. I appreciated that the owner didn’t push the most expensive units but honestly discussed what would work best for my situation. When I asked if an 80+ efficiency unit would be sufficient to optimize upfront and long-term costs, he was upfront that the higher efficiency units don’t always pay for themselves and can be more expensive to repair. That honesty made my decision easy — I chose the 80+ efficiency unit. I hope I won’t need HVAC services anytime soon, but if I do, PerecTemp will be my first call.

  "I've had a mixed experience with Brandon's HVAC service. While Brandon is skilled at his job, the customer service has been lacking. We spent nearly $8,000 on a new heater, AC unit, and water heater installation, which was done decently, but there were some issues. Firstly, I never received an invoice despite multiple requests. Secondly, I later found out that others were getting similar systems for thousands less from other companies. When I had questions about filters, I had to reach out multiple times to get a response, and eventually, I gave up and went with a different company for those needs. Despite these issues, I initially recommended Brandon's company to friends and family on social media. However, several of them reported similar issues with unresponsiveness, and some family members have had ongoing problems with communication. The final straw was when our water heater started leaking, and I reached out about the warranty. Brandon responded initially but then went silent for over two weeks. Overall, while the work was done well, the customer service and follow-up have been disappointing. Maybe our large purchase wasn't enough to warrant better service? 🤔"

  Amazing company, one of the few left standing. When you give them a call in need of a repair, that's exactly what you get. The individuals were not afraid of a little hard work to get the ac unit repaired instead of automatically assuming that you need to invest in a new unit. They investigated and walked me through some of the possible causes for the issue. They understood that I wasn't ready to go all out on a new unit and talked me through a couple of possible solutions. I will definitely call again for any future issues in my home.

  We had a gas fireplace installed 3 years ago, by another company, and it hasn't worked. It would blacken almost immediately. PercTemp was able to properly install a correct venting system and it now works beautifully... Thanks Mike and Billy
