  Our heater unit would not stay running. I called around 6pm thinking we would have to wait until the morning or the weekend to have a technician come out. Surprisingly, a technician was able to come out that night. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and the repair was made. Great company, customer service, and technician!

  After my tune up I was offered a free calculation to determine if my furnance was a sufficient size for my home. The technician that came out, Korey, was super awesome and made sure I was taken care of. Fortunately, I did have the right size so now I have some more peace of mind in my system

  WARNING! GET ANOTHER COMPANY!This company has come out to 2 separate neighbors and told them they had cracked heat exchangers with high Carbon Monoxide in the home. One to an elderly neighbor with a 7 yr old furnace! Had another company come out and found, no cracks in exchange, 0 CO in the air and a little in the exhaust like normal. Then a month later a different neighbor with an older furnace. Told them to call a different company for a 2nd opinion. AGAIN no cracks, 0 parts of CO in air and a little in exhaust flue. THIS COMPANY IS JUST TRYING TO SCARE YOU INTO NEW EQUIPMENT! STAY AWAY! Thanks for reply, but this doesn't fix the problem of being dishonest with two separate homeowners to try scaring them to buy. Numbers don't lie with the detectors from different companies. After looking at a few other reviews I see these are not 2 outliers.

  I was wanting to use one hour heating and air Because a friend of mine was the original owner to this company, if I remember right. They are offering a special right now for a free tune ups first responders and military and teachers and things like that In their ad. And from reading their ad, you would think that it is for all over the state that they have this offer. And I was actually told to plan on it at one point . And what’s bizarre is they won’t service my home that is right between Coalville and Park city but they service Park city and Coalville. But I just thought I’d let those of my first responder friends and military know that they do not offer service in many areas so you’ll need to go elsewhere. It almost sounded like they just didn’t want to give me the deal because I was out of the Salt Lake Valley, but their ad makes it sound like they service all of Utah.
