  Omega is top knotch. They've bent custom metal for me and do a great job and are cost effective. Friendly staff and they all know there stuff and are very helpful finding the right material for the job!

  I get that they are busy - but is it really so difficult to return a phone call? We have been trying for weeks and weeks to get an estimate. Repeated phone calls. Multiple voice mails. Messages left with reception. Just absolutely zero response from Omega.. Based on some preliminary planning info we got, I was ready to pull the trigger and purchase (for me at least) significant metal siding, soffit, and gutter. All we needed was somebody to come out do measurements, and finalize quantities and pricing. I was prepared to be really flexible with schedule - but the folks at Omega were incapable of getting back to us. Apparently they are single threaded for estimating, and I guess our job just wasn't worth his time. Unfortunately, we've got to start all over looking for a new vendor.
