Multiple voice mails. Messages left with reception. Just absolutely zero response from Omega.. Based on some preliminary planning info we got, I was ready to pull the trigger and purchase (for me at least) significant metal siding, soffit, and gutter. All we needed was somebody to come out do measurements, and finalize quantities and pricing. I was prepared to be really flexible with schedule - but the folks at Omega were incapable of getting back to us. Apparently they are single threaded for estimating, and I guess our job just wasn't worth his time. Unfortunately, we've got to start all over looking for a new vendor.
