- BSBraden SimonsenDec 22, 20251.0Would not recommend. We have purchased many air compressors from Maddox. We have an air compressor that is less than six months old, and the motor has already failed. While the motor is supposedly covered under warranty, Maddox has informed us that the replacement is backordered for at least four weeks—now estimated closer to six weeks from the time the warranty claim was submitted. This is unacceptable for such a new piece of equipment. Even more frustrating is the lack of communication. No one proactively reached out to us regarding the warranty claim or the backorder status; we had to call multiple times just to get a response. Based on our experience with an unreliable product and poor customer service, I cannot recommend this company.
