- PRPhil Ralphs2 days ago5.0Had a load of road base sent out to me previously. Drive notified me and was very accommodating in where I wanted it dumped. Had 17 tons of 3/4 rock delivered today. They were short on drivers and had to lease some to get customers handled. The leased driver did not call and just dumped it all in the road. When I called in to ask what had happened, they took full responsibility and immediately sent two guys out with a skid steer. Took care of it and made things right! Also saved me a lot of hauling on my own to make sure I was completely satisfied. Things happen and not always according to plan. It’s what a company does when something goes sideways that will always set them apart. Highly recommend this company. Things didn’t go to plan, but they took responsibility and made it more than right in my book. Thanks guys!!! I truly appreciate what you did for me today. Will recommend this company to everyone I know.
