I called A Plus to service what I thought was the motor needing a simple adjustment. They showed up in a few hours. Moroni did a little digging and found broken fragments - new motor needed. The quoted price was much better than expected, good warranty, and the replacement was completed same day. I never enjoy spending money on something that should last forever, but I’m happy with their service and not trying to be a salesman.

You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and about the people he’s helping. This was one of those rare service experiences where everything just clicks. Our technician Jimmy was very informative and took the time to go over different options and pricing with us. He worked quickly, made the necessary repairs, and even got our door working temporarily while we waited for the full installation. The installation process was smooth and faster than expected—it took about two weeks for our new door to come in. Our installer David did a great job explaining what was done, pointing out areas that needed replacement, and going over monthly maintenance tips.
