- ZPZach PowellJan 24, 20253.0Had an EV charger installed. Overall they are fast, efficient, reliable. They worked to schedule us in within only a couple days. Relieved about that! They had to make a second appointment however since we didn’t have the actual charger yet (delayed shipping) they were understandable and worked around to send back the electrician to install the unit. The scheduler was however a bit sloppy the second time around to schedule a time. They never gave a time and only said “morning.” I work night shifts and take a nap until 8:30am. Electrician showed up at 8am unexpectedly and we missed the appointment. No apologies from their end and told us they can do 2pm same day (still pleased however), but then told the electrician 3pm, so the electrician got a bit confused what was being told to me and them. If I knew “morning = 8am” there wouldn’t be any confusion. Electrician showed up and finished the job quickly and efficiently, but could tell they were a bit annoyed (I don’t blame them but still show customer service), but unfortunately still had to charge me a no-show fee for having them come back. I will recommend them for electrical needs, but be very strict on setting a set day and time with the scheduler to avoid additional costs or missed appointments.
