  I dealt with my insurance company for close to three years over weather damage to my roof. The rep assigned to my claim was difficult — at times outright belligerent — and made it very clear they had no intention of paying out. I'd already been through multiple roofing contractors before I connected with Jeff from XPerience Roofing. What he did differently was simple but rare: he took the time to build an actual relationship with that same insurance rep. Over time, the rep came back to Jeff and told him that because of the rapport they'd built — and after taking another look at the evidence — he was going to recommend the company pay for a full replacement. That's not something I could have made happen on my own, and no other contractor came close. It came down to Jeff's persistence and character. Genuinely grateful.

  Chandler was great and very easy to work with. He managed to have my roof completely done for my deductible on my home owners insurance. He was always available if I had questions. Love my new roof!!

  Jeff Bartholomew at Xperience Roofing was amazing. I had roofing company after roofing company come to my door everyday advertising, and the pressure made me feel they were just soliciting. When he came, he really broke down the information about the real problem with my roof in a way I didn’t feel I was doing something I didn’t need to do. He explained the importance of the roof repair. He did all the work with the my insurance company (even over the holidays!) and my roof was replaced seamlessly with just the cost of my deductible! The construction team was fast, and efficient, and the job was done in 6 hours!

With a background of being an insurance adjuster, Jeff is super knowledgeable on how to find solutions with getting insurance to cover roof repairs. We definitely wouldn’t have had the same outcome without his help. So thankful for his expertise and guidance. We now have a new roof and no more leaks!

  I woke up one morning to my daughter saying, “Dad, it’s raining outside and my face is wet…😱😬” Jeff Bartholomew came right away and inspected our roof, found damage and began working with our insurance agent on a claim for a new roof. Jeff is very experienced in working with the adjusters and agents and the claim was approved even after a couple of denials. After the approval we only had to pick the shingle color and opted for the ridge vents. Super painless from our side to get the claim taken care of and a full roof replacement installed. The roofing crew was amazing as well and had the roof installed and all the grounds cleaned up in just a couple of days. A huge thank you to the whole team at Xperience Roofing for keeping us dry and sleeping in on rainy Sunday mornings again!
