The salesman we worked with also provided a creative solution to a need that helped keep the cost more reasonable.   I had roofing, siding, and gutter work done. The roofing went quite smooth, the siding work dragged out for quite a bit of time, but nothing out of the ordinary for construction if you’re used to construction. Overall the final product is great, and they were good to work with and responsive. I had several questions during the work and the project managers always got back with me in a timely manner and thoroughly answered my questions.

  Felt like I had to work from home to ensure job was done right and on more than a few occasions that was absolutely true. Had to climb up on the roof several times and give instructions to the crews via Google translate as there was never any foreman onsite, just labor crews. The owner said "I couldn't afford to have a foreman on every job." Well I couldn't afford to not have the Ice and Water shield installed and then shingled over before anyone noticed. The whole new roof investment would have been compromised in short order on a low pitch in snow country, not to mention cost of premium product. Additionally, this fall, while getting up to clean the gutters, I noticed long spans of gutter were reinstalled without any hangers. Owner is a super nice guy but would do better to be onsite actively managing his crews and not sitting in the office. Price was reasonable but you need to know how to inspect the job yourself and to do so frequently.

  BigHorn Roofing is number one for roof repair and installation. Our home needed a new roof so we collected a couple of bids. BigHorn offered the best quality; as well as, the most repairs and add ons for the money. We have a sturdy repaired roof, great attic ventilation adjustments, new updated weather protection and great looking shingles. Gutters were all replaced with guttar guards. The roof looks nice. Thank you BigHorn crew. We appreciated the excellent, efficient work of the crew. Very courteous and kept the property clean. Nothing broken. Hard working, impressive crew. Thanks guys, so appreciated. Left our home better than they found it. Jonathon is a honest, knowledge salesman. He answered all our questions and made sure we were included with scheduling, and made aware of any changes to work schedule.
