Recently a pin that holds a vane to the frame broke. We thought what’s this going to cost? Will the shutter need to be replaced? Called and got a speedy response. They arranged to come to repair it the next day. Trevor was pleasant and efficient. The work was completed promptly. And surprise to us covered by the warranty 8 years after the installation. Thank you Mill Creek and Trevor. We love your product and appreciate your service. Highly recommend Mill Creek Shutters.
