We called every week for a month to get our toilet tank cover and they kept blaming where it was getting shipped from that it wasn't there , or it came broken ( when I think they just forgot to order ) then about the last call a month later they said bring it in and we will send it to a local guy to match it! Don't waste your time trying to get them to do anything or take responsibility for their slacking.
