- COCory OttleyFeb 2, 20265.0Got a bid from Millcreek Shutters for some new shutters and to REPAIR some old ones. They were the only ones that could/would repair the old ones. New shutters came and are great. They repaired the old ones and the repair worked for a while (nails came out of the tilt rod). I figured I’d just deal with it, but about a year later Millcreek called to check how everything was going. I mentioned some of the nails were coming out of their repair and they scheduled to come repair them again. FREE OF CHARGE. What I’m most impressed about is that they were willing/able to repair shutters while other bids wouldn’t even try and that they stood by their repair (lifetime guarantee).
