Drying: they (Nick and Greg) came and set up drying equipment and it seem to do the job to make take the moisture out of the floor. Refinishing: Due to scheduling it took a long time to get the refinisher (Matt) but the final result is very nice. It was a lot of work. Thanks to all of your team for your help!

- KKKatherine KittrellMay 13, 20191.0They come right out, super optimistic, and tear everything out of your house, pronto!! Don't hire them to put anything back. Although my loss was in Ogden, the VP of this company, Tom Hale, came by my house to help with a job gone bad, still in progress a year after it started. He inspected the drywall and painting job done by his company over a year's time, agreed it was not in any way professional, and pledged to do everything possible to fix the problem, regardless of the expense. Not true, two hours later, the Riverdale/Sunset branch manager came by with a plan to "fix everything" with the tear-out ARS employees who have no professional experience in restoration. Budget is $2600, that is what they can spend, to still make their overhead and profit. After interviewing dozens of contractors and workers, my best option for a marginally acceptable, partial fix is $12,200. I am yet to interview a paint or drywall contractor willing to work for ARS, so I am on my own to get this fixed for my holdback of about $10,000. Meanwhile, ARS's subcontractor is suing me in small claims court for the holdback and threatening me with criminal action. ARS makes lots of promises they can't keep, and they make them over and over, as if lies become true if you tell them often enough. I have interviewed most of the drywall and paint contractors in Ogden to finish the job and none of them will work for ARS, so they never were able to do my job.
