  Rey completed our garage door professionally, even doing needed adjustments due to oddities in our garage. He willingly helped us obtain and understand the garage door app, and even tried to connect my older model car. He worked a long day due to previous delays, but was cheerful to the end. His workmanship was quality. We're very happy with our new garage door.

  I am blown away with this company yet again. (Second time using them) I really appreciate good customer service and this company exceeds that. I called them very late in the day today and they came right out and fixed our garage incredibly quickly, professionally, and honestly. I initially spoke with Rose to schedule and 10/10 she was fantastic. Our interaction was brief but she represented this company so well. Nate was our technician (I requested him specifically because he helped us 3 years ago at a different home and was impressive). Nate is personable, knowledgeable, ethical, and a hard worker. He worked late to get it done for us today and he did so with a great attitude. Nate also had great communication as far as his ETA, diagnosis, pricing, different solution options, and when to expect him to be done. He was thorough and transparent. I will absolutely recommend A Plus Garage Doors and especially recommend Nate.

  Kudos to A+ Garage Doors for steadily great service over the 3 years we’ve been customers. We have seen several employees for sales, installation, and various service calls- they have impressed us with the quality of the people they hire. Most recently, Gavin came over to do some repairs on the track after it got bent out of shape by a car. He was very thorough, thoughtful, and had great attention to detail to make sure he did the job right. Very positive attitude. He got the track back in place and working as good as new.

  One of our springs broke in the morning and we were able to get an appointment to get it fixed within a few hours. Gavin was great and finished the job quicker than I expected. Garage is working great now. Quieter and smoother when opening and closing than it was before.

  Had an annual service scheduled today. One of the doors was not closing properly or at all unless you held button until it closed. There were reasons for that. Primarily age but rod was also bent and rollers were in bad shape as well as drums. Tech provided a quick estimate and was able to stay and do a complete overhaul. Had springs and rod is all other parts required right on his truck. Jordan was knowledgeable and competent but most notably wry nice. Highly recommend A+
