  Jarom helped us with an addition and remodel and we felt listened to and felt he really knew how to guide us with options. He also was on time, came when he said he would. and did quality work. I’ve already recommended him to others, and will continue to. He’s fantastic!

  I have been working on various houses (personal & Rentals) for over 40 years and have dealt with lots of contractors and trade workmen. Jarom Alder (Tinner Heating) is the most honest tradesman I have ever met. He had the best price of all the contractors, he was able to install my 2 head mini-split in 1 day, up In the attic when it was 90 degrees outside. He is very reliable and responsive. I highly recommend him.

  Jarom is the nicest, most honest man I’ve met in the industry. I’ve had him diagnose my 1958 home’s HVAC multiple times and installed an AC unit most recently. He’s responsive, he’s dedicated to his craft and more importantly than that to me is he’s a guy you can sit down with and have a good down to earth conversation with. Literally. Exactly the type of character you need in an industry where it would be so simple to “lead with deception” and Nickel and dime. Recommendations could not be strong enough👍🏼

  Jarom was great to work with! Solid pricing and got the job done and in a timely manner. Hard to find that in the service industry it feels like nowadays. Highly recommend. Will definitely be using him in the future.

  Worked with Jarom on a new build in 2022. The job had its complexities but Jarom helped me understand options and the pro’s/con’s of going each direction. Work was done timely, and any issues and inspection items were resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend Jarom in the future.
