He didn’t try to sell us services we didn’t need. He took time explaining everything and walking through some options. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would recommend both A+ and Adam for any garage door needs

Recently our door started making a popping sound when opening, so I called yesterday morning. They were able to send Mike over this afternoon, and he was fantastic. He did a full inspection and tune-up, diagnosed the issue, and let us know that our original motor (22 years old!) had finally reached the end of its life. He walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy. He was prompt, friendly, and very professional. We chose to replace the motor, and wow — the difference is huge. We now have a brand-new DC motor, which runs so much smoother than our old AC motor. The new setup also includes a video camera and a new keypad (our old one had stopped working), and everything feels upgraded and super modern. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Mike and A+ Garage Door Repair!
