Called these guys and was impressed by how fast Nate and Okko were able to come out and fix it (took them maybe 20-30 mins from the time I called for them to show up). They were both very professional and kind to work with. Took them a little under an hour to install the new piece and we were back up and rollin’. Nate and Okko, I appreciate your help today on this cold snowy day.

He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and did a great job with repairing my garage door spring as well as making sure that the door is operating properly. He not only changed out the springs but replaced the rollers so that the door will last for years to come. I would recommend this company and especially John Luke.

Very thorough, walked me through everything so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Gave me a range of options to the most cost effective, get the job done scenario to the most expensive option. When he gave his recommendation he didn’t try to persuade me to the most expensive option but rather was honest on what was actually needed. Took about a hour and everything is working again! Would highly recommend this company.
