  I called White Rock Electric after my kitchen outlets stopped working. scheduled a technician for Tuesday between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. I took the morning off work. By 10:30, no one had shown up. No call. No text. I called the office. “Oh yeah,” the receptionist said casually, “he’s running behind. He should be there… sometime today.” Sometime today. At 1:15 p.m., a van finally pulled into my driveway. The technician stepped out, didn’t introduce himself, and walked straight past me into the house while scrolling on his phone. He glanced at the breaker panel for about thirty seconds. “Yeah, you’ll probably need a full panel upgrade,” he said. “Old houses are like that. My house was built in 2008.

  Bryan arrived early for the initial meeting and was prepared and patient as I explained what I needed. Bryan returned a quote within 48 hours. When Whiterock arrived to begin the work, I received a crew of 3 men led by Lance. Lance coordinated the work of his crew with the ongoing work inside my shop. Each of the crew members was polite and courteous with respect to my employees. Each day Lance communicated each step of the process, asked questions and answered questions with respect and kindness. The crew cleaned up their work spaces every day leaving the work space cleaner than when they arrived. These guys did everything as professionals from the first phone call to end of the job.
