  Curt did an outstanding job today at my house did he not only go head over heels to get my unit replaced and working he got it done in a jiffy I’ve never seen a job that fast and professional. !! Remarkable guy he promotes this business with pride and respect. I would recommend this business with any of your heating and air needs.

  Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful, the owner herself even gave me a call to help with an issue when booking the initial appointment. We went with Tru Pros for a whole new HVAC system. They set us up with a good deal and made every step easy. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to Chris, Katy, and Zoe who helped facilitate everything and thanks to the installers Kolton, Reagan, and Mervyn.

  TLDR: I've had multiple experiences with TruPros (and their competition, and TruePros are heads and shoulders above the rest. They are very professional, kind, effective, and are great communicators and educators. I know so much more about how my HVAC and plumbing works now than before they fixed some things for me. Their prices are also very good and transparent. Just know they will go out of their way to take care of you and they have my highest recommendation. Long version. I have had multiple services taken care of by TruePros now. On the HVAC front, last summer when my AC went out without a clear reason. I had multiple different companies come out (Before TruePros), that could not diagnose the issue and instead either pushed hard to sell me a whole new system for 15-20k, or quote extremely expensive fixes that they couldn't guarantee would work. So I called TruePros to get a another opinion. When TruePros came in they worked with me to diagnose the potential causes of the problem. We then rack and stacked those potential causes with the order of fixes that we should try to implement so we would figure out and solve the problem for the lowest financial impact possible. It took two visits (tried the minimally evasive fix first of something that was broken and likely part of the problem, but potentially not the whole problem), and when my system iced up again a couple days later, we moved forward on the next fix. On the second visit, one of TruePros techs had a life event come up and they weren't able to make it, and Katy went out of her way and called one of her friends in the industry to send out their best tech on TruePros behalf to work on the next fix (and this is in the heat of the summer busy season for HVAC companies). After that fix, everything was good to go! This past month, I've had some plumbing concerns and I saw that TruePros recently added plumbing services so I called them up. In very short order, my problems were diagnosed and fixed and all at a very fair price. I was educated on why my problems were happening, a variety of price options of the different fixes and their pros and cons, and the risks of not addressing it. When making my decision on how to move forward, I felt fully educated to make the choice that was right to me. Some of the work that needed to be done was easier work that could be done by a regular person, and figuring I didn't budget for my water heater and plumbing having issues, I wanted to try and save money where I could with replacing a thermal expansion tank and anode rod by myself (their prices were completely fair, it was just a financially tight time for me atm). They went out of their way to explain all the steps, the order of how to do it, why each step was important, what to look out for, etc. Dom even offered to come out to walk me through it or have me call them if I wasn't sure about a single step because they would rather do that, then come out for a much more expensive repair if I messed it up. TruePros went above in beyond in more ways than just that on that job, but I don't want to necessarily include that because I don't want that level of unbelievable service and taking care of their customer to be the expectation (but with TruePros, it really seems like that's just how they treat their customers. Excellence is the standard, and they try to push beyond whenever they can). Just know that this company will take care of you and your problems and you will be treated better than you likely ever have been by a service provider. They have proven themselves multiple times, clearly have an exceptional culture of taking care of their customers from the top down, and for that I trust them completely and am a customer for life.

  Dom and Cody are great! Dom helped me with my plumbing system, while Cody checked my AC unit. These 2 gentlemen took the time to answer all of my questions and after talking with them i felt like I was talking more to a helpful neighbor than a salesman. I will call True Pros for all my plumbing or HVAC needs and I recommend you do as well.

  I can’t say enough good things about True Pros Heating and Air! If I could give them 100 stars I wouldn’t hesitate! The cooling and heating challenges they were faced with in our home would have been enough to send any seasoned pro over the edge, but Katy Higgins and her remarkable team—Jake, Ethan, Curtis, Shari, and Paige, to name a few—showed an incredible amount of patience, kindness, and professionalism throughout the entire process. After dealing with previous contractors, we were understandably skeptical. Katy reassured us that True Pros would not let us down—she even said, “I’m a woman of my word!” I’m happy to say she absolutely meant it. I have worked for a big box retailer for 23 years as the Head of Customer Service, and for the past 4 years I’ve also worked as a Customer Order Specialist helping resolve installation issues. Because of that experience, I understand just how important it is to truly listen to customers and show genuine interest and concern for their unique situations. Unfortunately, many homeowners ignore important repairs and updates because of past bad experiences with contractors. Kindness and compassion have sadly become a bit of a lost art in customer service today. Thankfully, True Pros Heating and Air proves that integrity, honesty, and kindness still exist. Throughout my career I have met and built working relationships with countless contractors and homeowners. Without hesitation, I will recommend True Pros Heating and Air to anyone who asks. They have truly renewed my faith in what great customer service should look like.
