While on a work trip to portland my gas company came out and gave me a hazard condition notice, I called Enbridge and they had no information, they told me the technician that came out would know but they have no idea about it. They were very rude and inconsiderate. When I called True Pros Zoe was a breath of fresh air. I'm in a financial hardship and she is working with me and my family to have a technician come out since my gas was turned off while we were in Vancouver, WA. It's 58 degrees in my house, we have a 4 year old. Enbridge also dated this very concerning notice improperly, we got here at 6AM today and they were here on the 18th because I have security footage of them at my door and garage. Enbridge is a terrible company with terrible service, rude customer service, and literally no information to give their customers. Zoe gave us comfort, telling us she'd help us with payment plans, and getting someone out today as soon as possible. The kindness from everyone gave me hope that there are still good people out there. Truly an amazing company, amazing people who truly care about their community. 1,000% recommend. I don't think I'm going to call anyone else when it comes to my HVAC system. TruePros is the perfect name for them considering the professionalism and service they provided. Will update when the tech gets here! So, literally when you think the service is fantastic, can't get any better. We'll it did! Kobe was so freaking awesome!! He got to my house right on time, and he totally helped with this nonsense situation with Enbridge. He personally called them and asked THE questions respectfully. He was genuinely confused about this hazard notice and he found nothing and was curious as to how they got their results. He was so awesome and super friendly! So professional. I cannot believe how awesome this company is, he spoke so highly about his job and how much he loves working there, and he truly believes in their structure with customers as well as their competitive pricing. He said he's comfortable giving customers the pricing he does because he knows it's fair. I've never heard that nor have I experienced that in my career. Just amazing. I cannot give enough thanks, and gratitude. Honest, trustworthy company with excellent service and excellent staff. Definitely recommend. Share with everyone. They offer do many services and they take pride in their jobs and their customers. I even asked for a job to be apart of something so rare!
