  Jared and Jordan did a great job installing the furnace and a.c. They showed up right on time. They were friendly. They completed the work timely and completely. They were careful with keeping the house clean during the work and cleaned up well after the work. They explained the eqipment and maintenance. I would recommend them anytime. Also Ellis diagnosed and explained the condition of my existing equipment the previous day which led to the new purchase. Thank you.

  I paid an enormous amount for an hvaxlc system 7 months ago that came with a maintenance plan (i.e. filter changes, basic check-ups) and these people haven't done squat since installing this overpriced POS. Actually, when they installed it, they moved the drain tube for my water softener, which has been slowly causing damage to the drywall behind the HVAC, water heater (which they installed and we are already having problems with), and water softener. Now, I'm having to do repairs for that. But, they still haven't come out in over 6 months to do any of the maintenance work that is part of the contract work we paid for, the "guarantee," and is part of what we are paying for now. But if I stop paying boy that would be a problem wouldn't it.

  We started out with our yearly furnace maintenance but ended up purchasing a new furnace and a/c. Jose was our tech and he was very friendly and straightforward with his findings. Our furnace was just over 10 years old and we did keep up on our yearly maintenance but to see the pics of the holes that were found in one of the coils was pretty alarming. We met with Vaughn who explained a few things to us and recommended a few solutions and options to give us better air flow. Vaughn also helped us with financing and keeping our payments pretty close to what we wanted to pay monthly. Thankfully, these amazing techs, Gabriel, Allen and Kevin installed the furnace and a/c the same day, having to put extra hours into their work day. They were so polite and respectful during the entire time spent installing our units. After the work was completed, they cleaned everything up and walked us through the app set up and showed us a few things about our new furnace and a/c. We are very appreciative of all of these individuals and will absolutely continue to be Just Right Plumbing, Heating and Cooling members.

  Gabriel installed a new furnace in my home. He was friendly, worked clean, his personal hygiene was very good. He and his partner, Alan, worked great together.

  Allan did a great job replacing our furnace. He was very thorough in his workmanship. He tested how things were operating as he went along. He made sure we understood the process and asked if we had any questions when the job was completed. We were very happy with the job he did.
