He was friendly and thorough in assessing the damage and explained every part of the process and answered all our questions. We were impressed with how many options he offered and the price range. We appreciated that he didn’t pressure us at all but instead provided good insight and thorough explanations. He repaired the springs and parts efficiently and our old garage door is quieter and working better than ever. We are super excited for our new garage door to arrive though and we’re hoping the installation guys do as good of a job as Kasey did today. He gets an A+ and definite 5 stars from us!
