Brendan came out and listened to my issues i was having. Went through everything until he found the real issue. He took time to listen to my concerns and questions and gave me detailed explanations. I honestly can’t say enough about Bill’s but I really can’t explain how great our technician Jace was. He was thorough, explained everything to us and was great to work with! We’ve had multiple local companies come out and tell us nothing was wrong or quote of thousands(5k and up!) to maybe help out our system. Jace found the issue in 10minutes and it was a reasonable price! They’re absolutely worth contacting for your HVAC needs!

Cannot recommend this company enough. I had to replace my Air conditioner lines out completely due to a faulty product being installed on a new build. I had worked with another company and spent hundreds of dollars not getting to the main issue with the leak in my air conditioner unit. My Landscaper actually pointed me in the direction of Bills comfort solutions because he had worked for them and knew they were honest and did jobs right. I have been so impressed with every single technician that I have worked with.
This was a super annoying situation to deal with in a new house, but they explained exactly what needed to be done and why, and walked me through each step of the process so I felt completely knowledgeable on what was being worked on. I have to give a huge shout out to Miguel and Arsenio who had to run a new copper line from the outside of my house up into my attic to replace an entire air-conditioning unit and coil. These guys know what they’re doing and are incredibly professional and kind, you are in great hands with this company.
