  Ron came out gave me multiple bids to replace my 30 year old garage door and opener. He didn't push me to go in any direction. Ron gave me all the options explained benefits of each door and estimate. No high pressure sales and in the end I chose an insulated door with heavy duty belt drive opener. This door is so quiet you can barely hear it. This was manufactured by a newer vendor to them so I got a great deal and am happy I made the choice to upgrade. The color is amazing and it keeps the garage cooler on the sun and warmer on cold nights. The installer was amazing. Did a great job and cleaned up and made sure the job was right and that my remotes, codes and cars were all set up before he left.

  Ben called after he was finished with his prior appointment and was able to fit us in early. He showed us the products in each price category but did not try and push us in any specific direction. He explained everything in great detail and helped us choose our new garage doors. We are getting new doors, all new hardware, door openers, and remotes. We are very happy with Ben and look forward to having everything installed.

  Excellent service from the initial phone call to the service call and repair. Ben came out soon after my initial call. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the issue and provided several options for repair and/or replacement. I decided to replace my 29 year old garage door and Ben scheduled the replacement for the next morning and also fixed my existing problem so we could use our existing door until the replacement the next day. Friendly, quick, knowledgeable and skilled support, service and installation!

  Garage door intermittent, sometimes it works other times it won't. After almost 17 years of daily use, it was probably time for a new one. Ben arrived and due to the age, recommended a new unit. Quickly provided a quote which I agreed too and returned to the office to pickup the new unit. Returned to my home and installed. Compared to my old unit which was a chain drive, this one is a belt drive and very quiet. Recommend A Plus for all your garage door needs.

  We had a great experience with A Plus Garage Doors. Ben B. was the technician who helped us, and he was wonderful to work with. We were able to get him out the same day we called, which was incredibly helpful. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with our garage door. He worked quickly but was also very thorough and made sure all of our issues were completely fixed. Everything was completed smoothly, and it’s clear they take pride in both their work and their customer service. I would definitely recommend A Plus Garage Doors, and especially Ben, to anyone needing garage door repair or service.
