  June 20, 2025 SAC did a bathroom/shower remodel for us, and we are thrilled with the results. We had a jet tub and shower removed and a new shower created which was double the size of our previous one. They needed to remove a window and then install a different sized one. That required exterior siding to be installed also. The price was very good for the quality of work. We had several others give us bids and they were significantly more than what Shane quoted us. We also believe that he offered much more for the money. The whole process went very fast. They tried to keep things moving along. I’m sure some of it was due to luck, but it helped to minimize the inconvenience of not having use of the shower. Shane communicated with us regularly and coordinated everything well. Shane’s suggestions and advice were spot on. For example, we had our idea of the floor plan, but his was even better. He included little touches that make it more convenient like adding a timer for the bathroom fan. He was able to add grab bars in the shower even though we didn’t originally plan for those. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. All the various workers took care and did a superb job. Everything looks very nice. It’s so nice to have such a large shower. We feel like the bathroom is the fanciest place in our home now. We would definitely use this company again and recommend SAC for any remodel need.

  We had the good fortune of having SAC Remodeling execute a whole-home remodel for our home in Kaysville. We purchased a family home (1950's) and wanted to preserve the feel of the family home, but update/modernize it. What an amazing company to work with to help us realize our dreams. This is a 5-star team to work with from their professionalism, communications, value, craftsmanship, flexibility, patience and overall awesomeness. They transformed our home into exactly what our dream was and it couldn't have turned out better. If you are looking for a team that is geared towards a synergistic partnership to deliver the remodel you want, at the price you can afford in the most professional and personally rewarding manner possible this is the company for you. Other notes: If you know what you want, they can do it. If you don't know what you want, they will help you figure it out. If you waffle back and forth with changes and questions; they are patient, understanding and will walk you through the most complex questions to the easiest/quickest way possible. Epilogue: We loved our remodel so much, we are now having SAC do a new remodel for a house up the street my Mother purchased. If we had more houses and more remodels we would always go with SAC. This is the best decision you could ever make with a home remodel team (from whole house, to single room and everything in between).

  This is the second time I have used SAC. My project was completed on time, on budget and beyond my satisfaction. Shane offered many suggestions during construction that contributed to an amazing outcome. His expertise and integrity are worth the price. If you want a cheap bid with the corresponding poor quality, he is not the contractor for you. He will not be the least expensive bid but he will be, without question, the best choice if you want a quality job with excellent suggestions to improve the project. He doesn't need to be micro-managed and he stays in constant contact with great follow up communication. His crew was very professional and treated my home with respect. I traveled during the construction with complete trust that Shane was in control and would always make the best decision in my absence. If you would like a stress free, positive construction experience with integrity, SAC is the company for you.

  SAC remodeled our kitchen and we did a bonus-room over the garage. Shane was great to work with and so was his staff. His boys are kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about their assignments. We love the additions and I would recommend them to a family member or friend considering a remodeling project.

  Shane Anderson Construction is very professional and does the job right. They don't cut corners and make sure that the experience is a great one for their customers. We have been doing work for them for a while now and are always amazed at how satisfied their customers are with the work they do.
