  This last year we embarked on a large addition to our house. The process of choosing a contractor is stressful, but luckily that was the last bit of stress we had in the process. Every step of the way: planning, prep, foundation, framing, drywall, finish work, all of it was done quickly and with incredible skill. This would all be enough, but the personal attention and wide-open communication from Shane and Carla down to their boys who are incredibly skilled at what they do made the process worry free. The result was amazing, beyond our wildest dreams and they were done more than a month ahead of schedule. I cannot possibly oversell this company. I have never been happier to recommend a business.

  We hired SAC Remodeling for a fairly big remodel of our basement. We told them what we wanted, and they turned it into a definite plan.The office did a great job of communicating with us throughout the project. The workers were considerate as they worked, cleaned up after themselves, and did a high quality job. They started and finished the project in good time.

  We have a large wooden deck on the south side of our house that we could not use during the summer because of the heat. You would have to run across the deck to the grass because it was so hot. The heat would also radiate into the house. We tried awnings and table umbrellas but they didn’t work due to their limited coverage. Finally, we decided to have a roof put over the entire deck. We spoke to the people at Burton Lumber who recommend Shane Anderson Construction. Our deck roof is now finished and WOW!!!! It looks like it was never an afterthought. We are extremely happy with Shane Anderson Construction. They did an awesome job. They handled everything from start to finish. Shane always kept us updated. Their email and message app is great. You know what they are going to do and what your costs are. If you ask for any change they will show up so there are no surprises. You can have your questions answered quickly and there is a log made so you can track everything at any time. They were always there when they said, cleaned up at the end of each day, friendly crew and they did an amazing job of blending in the new roof. I will be very happy to recommend them to anyone that needs remodeling. Shane even came by several times to check on the building and even helped with some of the work. Our house now looks complete.   SAC Remodeling did an amazing job on our full remodel they helped us from beginning to end. They listened and helped us get exactly what we wanted out of our new home. I highly recommend them for any remodel job!

  Our experience with SAC was very disappointing. On the positive note, the bidding process was easy and there were no surprise charges afterwards. The guys in their main crew were very professional, accommodating and for the most part seemed to do quality work, which we appreciated. Beyond that our experience was extremely frustrating. The sub-contractors that worked on our project were sub-par and no quality check of their work was performed by SAC, so we ended up having to repeatedly point out all the issues that needed to be fixed. There were significant delays throughout the project. It took five times longer than the contract stated. No apologies were offered for the delays or for the problems we experienced, nor was any concern expressed in regards to the prolonged exposure of construction materials to rain and snow. They were very insistent on getting the final payment before all the outstanding issues were fixed. They did not even have the basic courtesy to confirm if everything was completed to our satisfaction before they asked for the final payment. Communications were decent at the beginning of the project and then it got progressively worse and it took multiple follow ups to get responses. They do have a warranty, but issues take months to resolve. Based on our experience, we would not recommend SAC to anyone.
