Grayson and Robert swapped in two new sets of track wheels. These are heavy duty sets compared to regular "big box" standard door wheels. The door now opens and closes great. The best part was this seven year old door was still covered under Peak Windows warranty. No parts charge or service call fee...perfect! You'll have to reach out to keep things moving on your order/services. My wife and I initially reached out at the end of October to have some windows and screens replaced on a home that we are renovating. Their estimated lead time was 8 weeks, but February came along and we hadn't heard anything. We had to continuously reach out to figure out what was going on with our order. Considering multiple discrepancies and a missed appointment I asked if they'd be willing to give a discount. The discount they offered was 3%.
