- MGMike GarrettJan 6, 20265.0We are very pleased with Peak Windows repair on a sliding door. It was determined that a ball bearing track wheel had failed. Grayson and Robert swapped in two new sets of track wheels. These are heavy duty sets compared to regular "big box" standard door wheels. The door now opens and closes great. The best part was this seven year old door was still covered under Peak Windows warranty. No parts charge or service call fee...perfect! We have been to their mfg. company and saw the quality and design of the windows and door sets. We are glad we went with this good company. Mike Garrett Tremonton, Utah
- BIblueice iceOct 8, 20254.0Coming out to quote and measure for replacement glass for cracked window was pretty painless... now 5th week later and supposedly glass is in and can't get a scheduled date to show! Seriously??? Original quote was 3-4 weeks, plus I had to call 4 times to finally get scheduled. Your installer did great! Looked brand new!

But GOOD LUCK trying to get any communication from their office clerk! She very rarely answers the phone. So you usually have to leave a message and hardly ever get a response from her! She is the one that is supposed to be organizing the installation with dates and times! The final straw with me was when I requested a paper copy of the invoice almost a month ago! I am older and don’t have access to a printer and I need a paper invoice to get a rebate! I still had not seen an invoice so I had to call her to request another one! You would think that if they had not received payment they would have called me…. But no!!! I got frustrated because the email to me was rude! So I called the owner…. He was just as rude! I really wish I had gone with another company!
