They sent a quote and said to sign it if I wanted the work done. I never signed it because I was still getting another quote. Less than 24 hours later, they showed up unannounced while I wasn’t there and started doing the work without permission. When I called to sort it out, they came back—and left my yard wrecked, even leaving an uncapped gas line. That’s not just sloppy, it’s dangerous. Super unprofessional, zero accountability, and honestly scary that they think this is acceptable. ⚠️ Watch out before hiring them!
