  I recently had Jon from 1st American Plumbing, Heating & Air complete the install of my new water heater. Jon arrived on time and was extremely professional, respectful and highly skilled - even going over and beyond to assist. I would highly recommend this company and especially Jon if you require a high-quality, reliable service.

  This is my third time needing their services….out here again for the second hot water heater that has failed from another installer. Again, fair price, prompt and excellent work in my very tight space. 1st American is always who I will call when needed.

  Tyrell did an excellent job explaining options for water heaters and repairs. He went above and beyond in service and consideration, with the water heater flushing. So far the water is back to hot and will give me enough time to prepare for the soon to come replacement, and the quoted costs.

  They were really quick to respond and get to the problem we were having. he was really Knowledgeable and professional and had our issue taken care of within a couple hours would highly recommend and we’ll use them in the future and great pricing

  The technician (Jon) from 1st American Plumbing showed up when scheduled and did a great job with our plumbing repair. He had the right part with him, explained the price up front, and cleaned up when he was finished.
