- DGDerek GipsonOct 6, 20251.0Poor customer service, workmanship and floor planning. We've been in the house for about 8 months and there's still tape on the walls where they marked as being needing repair. The furnace has filters that clearly do not fit and ceiling around the hood in the kitchen looks like it was repaired by someone that just didn't care. We've asked to have these items repaired but have been ignored. And this is just some of the issues we've experienced. There's other s far as bad design like, the primary bedroom only has 1 light switch, the stairs in the garage was placed in a way that shorten the length of it so you could only park a compact car in it and the yard was 60% unusable because of a slope that was easily removed by us. Some of these problems were noticed before we purchased the house but because we were in a hurry and were told the repairs we pointed out would be fixed, we moved forward on it, lesson learned. We're now only planning on staying here 2 years and we're moving to something built by someone that cares about their product and the buyer.
